I think that the best proposals are concise and focused. They are not the police for the full analysis of root causes; that belongs in books. I also believe that words like neoliberalism may be suitable to the academy but often counterproductive in efforts to advance public policy. Every well-crafted argument puts knowledge of the audience first.
