This is troubling.

… have their homework explicitly stated and compiled on the website and there is no disorganization. However, they are unable to have a relationship with their teachers and get help because they cannot see them in-person and hold conversations.

This is troubling. There are clearly many ways for teachers and students to connect and have conversations even when not in person, frankly in the way and you and I did this term.
